HoppingLouie is the second main character of the Louie RPG universe. His water powers can knock down ground type enemies really good! He is shy and talks when he feels the need to say something. But he is not as scared of things as SoaringLouie is. HoppingLouie's ice fang can freeze enemies for a limited time. HyperLouie used to boss him around, but ever since GreenLouie joined the clan, he is free from being bossed with, for now... He has no feelings for a date because he knows how HyperLouie is with TriLouie.
